Why men?
Men need help... As boys we are taught to be tough, strong and brave. Don’t cry, don’t feel… Emotions are for girls and there is no room for anything other than forging ahead and winning the race.
This attitude is archaic and has laid the foundation for a generation of wounded men. Yet men we are and our path forwards is to heal. Make no mistake though, there is no cookie-cutter approach. No one way to solve it all. We’re all different and with different experiences, backgrounds and upbringings.
Men need to learn the lessons we were not taught in school and seek the archetypal wisdom lost of our fathers.
Why not women?
I work with women as well as men. However I have found that men generally aren’t as good at dealing with emotions and feelings and we need more guidance. If we have better, more grounded, emotionally intelligent, mature and positive men in society we will all benefit. That why I have written this course for men.

The Difference
Most other courses have a formula based structure that works very well for most people. Yet none I’ve seen have really understood what is specific and unique about the individual.
In this course, however, we'll be looking at who you really are. The person underneath the image that you portray to the outside world. This is not a one size fits all approach. There are no right or wrong answers here - only the truth. Who are you really? And how can you start to live up to that potential?

Why...
I believe we have a purpose that is far beyond what we’re brought up to believe. Something much bigger. Not that we will all be famous rock stars or interstellar astronauts – though there is a greater destiny waiting to call us.
We’ve been held back. Told to be small and safe. It’s time to grow. To shine. To burn bright with passion and fire.
To do that we need the tools and the understanding to branch out on our own. And to incorporate others into our dreams.
However many of us are still wounded from our past. We we to need to heal and to build unbreakable foundations.
That is what I have set out to achieve. And building these foundations has helped me create a life with much more love, joy and connection to the people I cherish the most. It is unbelievable to truly love others and yourself without abandon.
