If you're looking for something more direct and still sincere then coaching might be for you. A big focus on what is really going on and why you're not really getting what you're after in life.
Drawing on over two decades of business expereince this will be a blend of Coaching and Mentoring. Sessions are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
The fee includes:
Preparation and chart research prior to the session
The live session
Brief integration notes sent within 48 hours
The fee does not include follow-up calls, additional questions, or ongoing messaging support unless arranged separately.

Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours: full session fee retained
Within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee retained, or we can attempt to reschedule

Sessions are private and confidential.
Sessions may be recorded for your personal reflection. Please advise if you prefer not to be recorded before the session begins.

My work is reflective, educational, and coaching-oriented. It is not psychotherapy, nor is it medical, legal, or financial advice.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations following the session.
Sessions may bring up emotional or psychological material. You are free to pause, redirect, or decline any line of inquiry at any time.
Where appropriate, I may suggest support from a qualified psychologist, psychotherapist, or other professional, and I am happy to provide referrals.
